Christmas Celebration at home
by Sylvester on Dec.27, 2011, under @home, Pictures
We had a lovely time at Christmas this year. We started with a nice breakfast, waffles and chocolate dip (Jamies recipe) After this we started to unwrap alllll the presents Santa put under our tree . We all enjoyed this in our onesies ( doesn’t it look nice? ) The rest of the day was relaxing and watching a film. Dinner was delicious, Grilling on the table, and even Riley did his own meal. We hope you all enjoyed it too and again, for the last time…… MERRY CHRISTMAS

Today we went to the Forest nearby our house looking for red berries, ivy and holy to make my own Christmas Wreath. There are lots of lovely greens and reds you can use for your own homemade Wreath, I think we succeededÂ
While I was making the Wreath, Sylvester hang up the bleu/white lights on the house.
We are ready to celebrate Christmas!!!!!

Sinterklaas finds flag in England
by Sylvester on Dec.04, 2011, under @home
Yep, tonight was the night, the flag was out so the “zwarte pieten”could find our house to bring our Sinterklaas presents. And they did, after a big knock on the door and throwing candy trough it. He left a bag full of them in Riley’s room. We had to follow the trail of sweets up the stairs and that is where the presents were. As tradition tells us, we ate pancakes and drank chocolate milk…mmmmm…
Here are the pictures

Halloween 2011 Burghfield
by Sylvester on Oct.31, 2011, under @home, Pictures
Tonight was spooky night… the whole of Burghfield came to check out our neighbourhood. This year we did our house up and asked a few friends around. Great fun, and loads of children came for a trick or treat. As we were also dress-up, and we had scary music in the front garden, not all of them dared to come for a treat.
The kids had great fun, loads of candy from the houses around us. Marischka also made a big effort to create a spooky dinner, with Worm dogs, Pukin Pumpkin, Bat Wings, Eyeball Punch and more…
